Psychotherapy
I offer individual psychotherapy sessions that are 50 minutes long. Longer sessions are available when needed. We could meet weekly or multiple times per week depending on your needs. I don’t start therapy on an every two weeks basis as I find it’s hard to gain our initial ground on which the therapy relationship is built, although we could move to that arrangement after developing a relationship
I want people to enter into therapy as informed as possible, so I offer an initial session for free. This way you can get a sense of how I work and decide whether you want to commit to an ongoing therapeutic relationship with me. The session fee is $225. I do have limited number of sliding scale options when available, and we can have a conversation about what you can afford at this moment. Although I am not an in-network insurance provider, I will give you a monthly superbill that you can present to your insurer for reimbursements (usually this only works with PPO plans, we can discuss what questions you might need to ask your provider to get this process going)
Psychedelic Supported Psychotherapy
I provide guided journey’s in collaboration with psychedelic medicine (all medicine is provided by the patient). I require you to agree to an initial screening and a protocol of extensive preparation and integration sessions in order to move forward. This work is never a quick fix or easy solution to long standing issues, which is a common misunderstanding. More of the process will be explained through the initial screening session. Fee is determined based on the scope of the work and will be discussed when we decide to move forward.
The perception of contemporary American culture towards artists is paradoxical. Oftentimes artists are either denigrated as eccentrics or revered as visionaries in the eyes of society, or both at the same time. This confusing dynamic often contributes to internalized feelings of shame that can be corrosive to the creative process of living.
Psychotherapy can be an effective way for artists to work through blocks. We use our relationship to each other as our foundational ground to explore processes that might promote and inhibit creativity.

Training and Consultation
Training I am a core faculty member of The Pacific Gestalt Institute which provides post graduate, experiential training in Relational Gestalt Therapy. If you are a therapist and are interested in learning more about our programs, please do so here
Individual consultation can be a helpful way to keep creativity alive and support awareness in your work as a therapist. This is not therapy exactly, but can wade into territory that is personal and vulnerable as it might relate to your work.
Study/ Consultation Group is where we discuss contemporary relational Gestalt therapy topics half of the time, then the other half is dedicated to case consultation. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month and the fee is $80. This can be a fun and exciting way to learn together!
Another group for the study and practice of Relational Gestalt Therapy, co-facilitated with Kerry Gough, is starting in Fall of 2025. If you are interested please fill out this form here
